Chances?

<p>I'm a junior in high school (Florida) but UF is my absolute top choice, and it won't be long before I apply so i was wondering what are my chances as I stand now?</p>

<p>SAT 2150
ACT 30 (taking it one more time too)
GPA w4.2, u3.8, UF GPA was about 4.1 when I did it by hand</p>

<h1>40 in class of 698</h1>

<p>11 AP classes, the rest Honors or gifted
President - Epsilon Nu Gamma
LINK crew leader (freshman mentor program)
120+ hours volunteering at FL hospital
220+ hours volunteering at my church childcare center
Nt'l Honor Society
Art Honor society
Key Club
Discus Award (not sure if this is really impressive or not)
Part time job at a frozen yogurt place</p>

<p>@luckyduck49 - You look good to me! My son had similar stats and got in for this fall. His GPA was a bit higher weighted at 4.4 but yours will probably come up by the end of the year. Take the time to write a great essay with your application, if you’re on the hump it may just push you over the edge. And take a strong senior year! I think that really makes a difference to them. Good luck and remember getting into UF isn’t the end all, be all. Keep your heart and mind open to other options as well. :)</p>

<p>You have no worries. You should easily get in. My son got in with a 30 ACT and a 4.4 GPA. He wrote a so-so essay and had ZERO ECs.</p>
