Chances?

I'm a Junior at a very highly ranked public school in Maryland. I did my freshman year at a private school and transferred, there I had a 3.0 gpa. I have now completed my sophomore and junior year ending with a 3.28 unweighted gpa and a weighted gpa of 3.71 after first semester junior year, now it's higher.
I have a 28 ACT and am hoping to raise it to at least a 31, I have solid teacher recommendations, and ecs including Varsity Equestrian team, JV basketball, 4 years of soccer, Habitat for Humanity, travelling a ton, VP of Gardening Club, Volunteering at soup kitchen.
I can have a fantastic essay, and I can explain my less than fantastic grades with major family trouble this year that ended with me having major responsibility in taking care of my year old and 2 year old cousins. I am a Hispanic Female and I was wondering what my chances are in being accepted to the following schools (I am fully aware that some of them are absolute longshots.)
