Chances?

<p>I am a white female out of state. I want to major in philosophy at rutgers new Brunswick.
I'm in the top 11% at a big public high school.I have a 4.2 weighted gpa

I have taken Ap economics, Ap physics, ap us history and world history, ap human geography, ap English, ap calculus bc, as well as pre-ap classes when ap wasn't yet offered. I am president of the debate team. I started the philosophy club at my school. I go on volunteer trips every summer. I am in NHS, mu alpha theta(math honor society), and have taken advanced Spanish classes. I also ran cross country for three years and did choir, private voice and piano lessons for 6 years. In my free time I write fictional books and even had a poem of mine published. I interned one summer at a financial firm. I have gotten several awards in debate ( 1st place in Lincoln Douglas debate).</p>

<p>Most likely are going to get in, since you are OOS, you might want to bring up your SAT for a chance to get a really good scholarship because tuition for in-state is bad compared to other state universities so im pretty sure OOS tuition will be worse.</p>
