Chances?

<p>I'm an asian female and I want to ED to UPenn for M&T/Wharton. What do you think are my chances?</p>

current course load: all AP/IB, plus dual enrollment
unweighted GPA: 3.97
rank: 6/350
super competitive college prep school (6th in nation)</p>

all of the honor societies (treasurer of english honor society)
very very involved in drama club, with awards (historian)
Multicultural Extravaganza
State level competition winner for indian dance
Asian American Federation of Florida Youth Committee
Youth Committee for local Indian cultural association
I was treasurer for junior class last year</p>

<p>Volunteer:
Mentor underprivileged children every week
intern at museum of science and history</p>

<p>Also, I'm national merit semifinalist and a first generation college student.</p>

<p>Congrats on your achievements. From your knowledge of what Penn is looking for, what do YOU think?</p>

<p>Awesome stats! It’s really all about the essays though (once your stats are past a certain point), especially for those dual degree programs. Case in point: I know a guy with a 33 ACT and 2150 SAT w/o any research or science ECs that was accepted into M&T RD. Why? His M&T essay and recs were phenomenal. On the flip side, I know a guy with a 2400 SAT and like 8 5’s on his AP tests that was rejected ED to M&T because he didn’t take the essay seriously enough.</p>
