Junior..

Ethnicity: Hispanic (haha that is going to be my ticket in)
Rank: 46 out of 1297/ ~3.5 percent
PSAT: 209.. didn't take SAT yet but I hope I will get around a 2100
ECs: really good.. though some lack of consistency. speak 4 languages.

IB Candidate/Hardest Courseload
also, if that counts, first generation in college in US (should I even mention that?)

UT Plan II/BHP? (I am in Texas)
Northeastern?
Northwestern? (Reach)
NYU Stern? (Reach)
Rice? (Reach)
Brown? (Reach)
Harvard? (Insane Reach)

... I know they are all reaches but I am not asking about the safety ones.. and I have some trouble finding matches. I am looking for good liberal arts economics programs or big school business programs.

With a 209 PSAT, if you study for the SAT, you could get above a 1500 (cr, m). My son had a 206 PSAT, got a 1420 (v, m) SAT and then a 1540 SAT after more study.

"Hispanic" is not something to count on as a ticket in. You need more than URM status. The Hispanics that are most desired are those fo Puerto Rican and Mexican ancestry because they are the majority of Hispanics in the US, and are very underrepresented in colleges.

First generation college will help you as will your tough courseload. The colleges will know that you're first generation because their applications ask about where your parents went to college.

All of the schools on your list are possibilities for you. You also might want to check out Washington University-St. Louis, Carnegie Mellon and University of Penn. - Wharton School, and Dartmouth.

Case Western Reserve might count as a match.

Also make sure that you apply to places with good financial aid. NYU is not known for good financial aid as it can provide students with $20,000 or more less a year than they actually need.
