feel free to suggest any areas of improvement, i realize i desperately need it.

wow lol

how do you get 100's and 99's in all of those classes....

100% in AP US History?

Is there some major grade inflation at your school?

probably why it wasnt reflected in that sat score.

lol not particulary...i mean in ap us theres maybe 4 people/30 with A's...i just write well/study nightly, bc 2 essays a wk is tough...in ap world i think i was the only person with a A all four quarters, they were all 100s too, and i still didnt get student of the yr

ill admit thought, some of those required frosh courses are easy a's

hate to do it but: buuump

Obviously, someone with your grades/boards has a shot at any school. Princeton/Columbia/ect are reaches for nearly everyone except star athletes. But I think that you'll have a great chance at John's Hopkins ED, in particular.

How much extra credit does you school give. I know in almost all classes here, they only give out a 100 if every test and quiz was 100.

And make sure you get higher on the sats. Your grades and Sats dont match up.

that 2130 was with no prep, so id hope with some major prep i can get to 2250 or so...yeah here 99.5+ rounds to 100, so not all of those 100s are truly 100.0% , although a few are :)

Match everywhere but UPenn and Princeton

Upenn- 75%
P'ton- 30%

91+ views....c'mon, comments, opinions ill take anything

Well, obviously you have a shot all of your schools because of your amazing grades, but your SATs don't match your grades at all (even without prep). I am a sophomore, and only one person in my grade has a 100 average, and she got a 237 on the PSAT as a sophomore, so her stats match. So, if you get your SATs up, it would help significantly.

Also, for SAT prep, you should take a PR course, because they guarantee a 200+ point increase or you can re-take it for free.

For what score should i aim for (realistically, of couse) for my sat score to, for the most part, match my grades?

sorry: bump.

one last bumpage...

ziggyman, aim for 2000+ on your SATs or 30+ on your ACTs.

i already have a 2130 man...how much higher to match grades?

Alot. I got a 2110 (first time, no prep) with a 91/92 GPA, and you have a 100+ GPA. Your SAT GPA is about 9/10 points higher than mine, but your SAT is only 20 points. Also, only about 8/10 people at the most in the senior class at my school have over a 4.0, and they ALL scored over a 2250. So, about 100+ points higher...

sounds reasonable...ill look for a 2260 or so...thanks

Your grades are impressive; your extracurriculars are not. There is nothing nationally competitive or incredibly original on that list that will push you above all the other impressive applicants to Columbia/Penn/Princeton. However, because you live in rural PA, they might take your lack of opportunity into consideration..

And exactly what "ville" is this?

yeah i know my ecs are weak..im prob not really applying to P, i just wanted to throw a hyp in there to see whatd ppl say...ive been entering numerous national essay and exam contests hoping to win something, any suggestions for ecs - like contest or camp, etc wise? i really dont wanna pile anything on my jr yr that looks obvious

btw its blairsville if you must know, 45 mi sw of pittsburgh
what "district" are you from lol? (dc perhaps?)

suggestions plz, thanks.

boosting the post count: buuump.
