Chances?

Just finished junior year:
1810 SAT (520 math, 640 reading, 650 writing)
2.84-2.88 gpa (I got a D 2nd semester in math but will be retaking it so it will be off my transcript)
7 ap classes, 1 honors class&stats at a university
Speech&debate (soph, junior&senior)
Volleyball ( fr&soph)
Volunteering
Newspaper (my freshmen year)
I'm also in the process of getting a job. I should have a fairly strong essay and letters of recc..
My dream schools are ucla&usc I'm also looking at Uwashington,
UPortland, Pepperdine, usandiego&stanford, most of these schools are a bit of a reach given my gpa and mediocre test scores. Do I have a chance at any of these schools? What schools would I have a good chance at getting (any schools)? I've also thought about going to school in the uk as they are more test based, is this a good idea?

UWA: Reach (even paying full-freight won’t save you)
U Portland: High match
Pepperdine: Reach
USD: Reach
Stanford: Reach

What’s your problem with ASU or LSU?

I don’t like their locations

I don’t like their locations, I know I can get into state schools like wsu and maybe have a shot at usc

You may want to go on college board and look for schools in your range. (based on GPA & SAT)
You’re reaching pretty high
