Chances?

Penn State is definitely one of my top choices when applying this year, but I'm a bit overwhelmed about whether or not I'll get accepted. So here's a bit about my self:

Female in-state student
GPA: 3.88/ in the top 10% in my class
SAT's: 1640/ Math-650, CR-510, WR-480 (math+CR is 1160)
(planning to take October SAT's as well)
AP's: Calculus, physics, psychology, English lang & comp, macroeconomics, Spanish
Intended major: Engineering (not specific yet)

So do I have a somewhat good shot at it? Does anyone know people, including themselves that got with these grades? Any recommendations as to what I should do this year, other than boosting my SATs/GPA? Thank you guys so much in advanced!

Can you afford summer session?

SAT scores are very low. Grades are fine and are more important for PSU admission anyway.

I know a girl who got in with with good grades like yours and 1600 SATs. She was put in summer session though, ended up getting out of it.

You have a fine shot but work on those SATs.
