Chances?

Hey I'm posting for the first time and would like to know the chances I have for being admitted into the following schools regular decision so I know whether to apply to other schools as safeties: MIT (deferred) , Georgia Tech (deferred) , UIUC (deferred), Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, Columbia, U Penn, Carnegie Mellon, UT Austin, UC Berkeley, and UC San Diego.
Here are my stats:
3.29 unweighted gpa and 5/6 weighted gpa from freshman to junior year due to a chronic illness (missed half of 9th and 10th grade years)- sophomore year killed me with a 3.1 with C in alg 2. I took the course at another school before transferring to this one in freshman year and had an A+. 3.3 is approximately a 87% at my school. School is ranked top 400 in US. Very tough. I would be considered top 10%. I moved to California and after the first semester of senior year I have a 3.83 gpa with A+ in AP Calc with only one B+ in physics and rest of classes are As(Math is my fav subject). Don't know the total though. Took all honors and AP in high school.
2150 sat- CR:690, Math:700 (idk what happened) and 760 Writing. Took again and only improved in writing 800 so superscore 2190.
SAT 2s- 750 math 2, 730 us history, 720 physics (submitted 610 to mit but got 720 retake)
EC: Created an organization to help the people of an African country get clean water(collect funds, educate people about the problem, etc.) I took on a VP role, Varsity Soccer 12th, Started a club in my community to help future programmers and engineers to advance their skills, team adviser of debate club, physics and math tutor, volunteer at local soup kitchen to help the poor get food, member of business club and Black Student Union club.
Awards: MVP of basketball and soccer club leagues, Home News Tribune essay winner contest, Delta Sigma Theta Scholarship Award (sophomore year), Presidential Excellence Award from Barack Obama, and Certificate of Achievement from my senior year school
Teacher Recs: Amazing
Counselor Rec: Doesnt know me at all but prob on the good side
Essays: Amazing
Hooks: African-American, First generation in United States
Major: Comp Sci

Responses would be greatly appreciated. I got notified of my deferral from Georgia Tech after I applied to most of these schools and now I'm not feeling confident at all. I hope that these schools really consider my senior grades and that those apps were not a waste of money and time.

Sorry to say, but your gpa is quite low for the highly selective colleges you chose. You should definitely apply for safeties if you can, but check on the deadlines.

I missed half of my 9th and 10th grade years and managed 86-89% range in a very competitive school. Not far from As. My school gpa system is not what most public schools use. And in addition I’m hoping the upward trend helps. Do you have any recommendations for safeties?

URM with a chronic illness? I’d be very surprised if you didn’t get into at least one of those. For safeties you could apply to some of the lower tier UC schools.

Thanks but the UC application deadline has passed. Otherwise I would have done that. Guess I have to find schools with later admission dates or rolling admission

If anyone else has any other suggestions/ opinions, please respond. I would like to hear them.

Can anyone else give me advice if I should apply to other schools with rolling admissions based on my stats and if I have a good shot at these schools? Could you also chance me? I had a 4.7 weighted gpa 1st semester. I will chance back if needed.

I think you should try and apply to some schools with rolling admissions, but do it as soon as you can because they fill up spots until June. Good luck!
