<p>OK, I'll bite... I'm presuming you're applying RD, yes? </p>

<p>Your SATs and SAT2s are average, and your ECs don't show a real passion. However your class rank/GPA is what Tufts is looking for. When you say "Indian," do you mean Native American? If so, that will certainly help in the URM department. </p>

<p>Of course essays, interview and recommendations will come into play but if they are average then I'd venture to guess that Tufts is a low-reach for you.</p>
