<p>This is the only Ivy I am applying to. </p>
<p>Objective:
[ *] SAT I (breakdown): I will not be taking the SAT, the guessing penalty makes me antsy.

[ *] SAT II: I am unsure if I will take any.
[ *] Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 3.7527778. This is very shoddy I know, and I am not that pleased with it. The only pro is that it has been an increasing trend.

At 2013 Regionals competition for Science Olympiad, won medals for two of my events
2013 Regionals competition for Science Olympiad, team placed 2nd Overall
Spring of 2012 placed an honorable mention in the Mid Michigan Math Olympiad</p>

<p>Job/Work Experience: I am currently in a Microbiology lab at Michigan State University and carrying out my own projects that will culminate in a scientific paper being written. This is not a job, and is for the Honors Research Class I am enrolled in at school.</p>

Working in the MSU Lab
Took an MSU class on Biotechnology the summer of 2013
Taking another MSU class on Neuroscience this summer.</p>
<p>For rec letters I have already asked two of my teachers who have known me for about three years. I suspect they will be written very well. I am also planning on asking my professor at MSU, and one of my volunteer coordinators. </p>
