What are my chances of getting into UGA Regular Decision

Is the 3.9 GPA as UGA calculates it? Core classes only, .5 weight for AP courses? If so then I think you have a good shot.

My GPA is a 3.9 UGA- calculation. But the Early Application was so strong this year so I didn’t know if my scores were high enough. I also have only taken 3 AP courses.

I think your lack of rigor definitely hurt you for EA since the average APs for UGA is 7 and they put rigor as ‘very important’.
However, you definitely meet averages for regular decision and will probably get in. Your GPA is great, your ACT isn’t bad, and if you have great ECs and teacher rec, I don’t see why you wouldn’t have a good shot.

Had to have been the ACT. Cannot do anything more about rigor so write great essays and I think you will be good.

I just wanna let y’all know that I was accepted off the wait list today! thanks for all your help! GO DAWGS
