Chances

Hello, I'm double majoring in Economics and International Affairs at FSU. My GPA is a 3.95 as of now and I have three semesters left until graduation. I am minoring in Chinese and getting a SAS Certificate by the time I graduate. I have leadership roles in several clubs, all treasurer positions within service organizations and currently work in data (making reports using social media metrics) at an advertising agency part time. My question is whether I should seek employment directly after graduating and if I do what sort of jobs would want me, or continue school and seek a masters in international banking or something along those lines. If my GPA holds and I do go to graduate school what is my chance of going to a school like Columbia or University of Chicago? I've asked all my friends about it, but I'd like to get some strangers' input as well. Thanks for taking the time to give me some advice!
