(I have always been in Honors classes btw)

I have taken several Dual Enrollment classes and I am ending high school with 18 dual enrollment credits. If I pass this years APs I’ll be at around 27-33. And of course if I pass next years AP I’ll be perhaps at 42 transferable credits to FIU? I’ve passed all my dual enrollment with a B or higher.

What are my chances of getting admitted and when should I Apply? I was thinking of applying directly after ACT scores.

Bump

Your ECs are great, and if your GPA stays where it is you should be ok, but your SATs could be a problem. Summer seems to have a lower requirement, though:

http://admissions.fiu.edu/apply/freshman/admissions-requirements/

Our automatic admissions criteria for the 2015-2016 academic year is:

Term GPA Exam Score
Summer 2015 3.0 1400 SAT or 20 ACT*
Fall 2015 3.3 1530 SAT or 22 ACT*
Spring 2016 2.8 1550 SAT or 22 ACT*

*Minimum scores for each SAT or ACT section are:
SAT – Critical Reading = 460 ACT – Reading = 19
SAT – Mathematics = 460 ACT – Mathematics = 19
SAT – Writing = 440 ACT – English with Writing = 18

You may want to spend some extra time on ACT prep to improve your chances. Are you FL or OOS?

I’m in state.
