I’m a white male Florida student who seeks to apply to this college (currently a junior, so some data here is tentative), and I’m planning on applying to CSE (still undecided on what major, though).
GPA unweighted is 3.46, will improve to at least a 3.55 by senior year, if not more
Weighted is 3.86, once again, will improve to probably above a 4.1 by senior year
ACT score: 30 Math, 35 English, 35 Reading, 34 Science, 8 Writing, 34 Composite
I’ll have taken 9 or so AP classes, APUSH, AP Lang, AP Lit, AP Gov, AP Macro, AP Calc AB, AP Env. Sci, AP Chem, AP Stats, and also some dual enrollment courses at the nearby state college.
For extracurriculars, I’m a four year Theatre student and perform regularly in school-run productions, I’m part of Spanish club and also part of a Science and Math tutoring club. Probably at least 1 Club President by next year.
34 act score and you’re wondering if you’ll get into the u of m lol no problemo.
