Extracurriculars:
-Model U.N. National Qualifier, one of the top delegates in area, won many tournaments
-VP of Black Students Union, helped change school policies to be more inclusive to people of color
-Research Assistant, did research with doctor in very specialized field; honestly did not understand the content 100%, but was good experience
-Summer Classes at Top Colleges, took rigorous classes not offered at school
-President of American Cancer Society Club

You definitely have a good chance! Your course load is phenomenal and you have demonstrated passion in model UN. Ivies are a reach for everyone, however. Have you taken SAT IIs? They are very important - essays/recommendations/other “soft” parts of the app are as well.
