Just want some feedback, positive and/or negative. Thanks.

are you retaking?
b/c 620 V is weak, i have a 600V and i can tell you, sub 680 in V don't look good. but everything else look good, best of luck

should i retake? i really wasn't planning on it. without raising my verbal, how do you think i stand?

Not to say that SATs will make or break yours or anyone else's application, but you should definitely retake them. 620 is probably pushing the envelope a bit much...dont let it discourage you though. the first time i took the sats i got a 600 V and the second time i got a 720 V, without much additional prep

I would definitely retake. I was talking with an admissions officer at Dartmouth while I was at Dimensions, and even though they don't toss aside candidates underneath a certain score (like some colleges), they usually stick them in a "maybe" pile and they have a pretty big hurdle to jump. With the exception of 4 crappy hours, you have nothing to lose.

bump........

I agree that you should retake the SATs for the verbal section...you also have to remember that the college class of 2010 had a little bit of mercy because we're the first class to deal with old and new SATs...it might not be so merciful for the c/o 2011...then again, I could be wrong.

definitely a retake. I'm an international and I still got a 640, so they might not overlook that.
