Chances?

Hi, I have my university list with a variety of different schools (in the US: Columbia, Cornell, Stanford, Yale, UCLA, Carnegie Mellon, NYU, UC Berkeley) (in Canada: McGill, U of T, UBC, York, Concordia)
So these are my wish-list, maybe and safety schools.

I have a 3.95 (out of 4.3) GPA; and 2130 SAT
Taking SAT II French, Math I and U.S. History in October (practicing with scores between 700-800
I’m taking the IB Diploma (HL History, English, Biology, SL Math, French A, Theatre)
I want to major in history and sociology

I’m a junior
Student council (Charities Division Leader) 10, 11
Debate team 11
Basketball team (Wing guard starter) 9, 10, 11
Theatre club 9, 10, 11
Piano (ABRSM administered level tested) 9, 10, 11
School Newspaper Club (President) 11
Team Accountant for service trip to Tanzania (Organized fundraisers, accommodations, transport) 10
Team Accountant and Leader for service trip to Nepal (Organized fundraisers, accommodations, transport + led group) 11
Internship at Lawfirm 2 weeks 11
Taekwondo 10, 11

I am fluent in English, French and Korean and I can read and write in Spanish and Arabic
If you guys could just give me a bit of feedback on where you think I would have good chances at getting into, and any schools I haven’t possibly considered before, thanks!

My unweighted GPA is 3.7 on a 4.0 scale

You have a great shot at NYU and UCLA, but for the ivy leagues you should try to get a higher SAT score. Either way your stats are amazing
