<p>he had a similar gpa to you and a 1470 on the SAT, and I think he got a little bit of scholarship money.</p>

<p>yea..nut i dont just want to go to any school with MT, i want to go to, or atleast apply, to some top schools and from what my understnding is, you have to get into the program and the University seperately.</p>

<p>I would guess that NYU would be an excellent fit. The grades aren't perfect, but they aren't bad, and the EC's definitely make up for it. You could try applying to other schools, too. I don't know so much about theatre, so my advice isn't worth that much, but I hope it helps.</p>

<p>Read the MT board. It sounds like it is harder to get into most MT programs than it is to get into harvard. If you really want MT, it will limit your ability to be particular about other aspects of the schools.</p>
