What are the chances of getting in with a 1280 SAT? GPA is 3.9 and in the top 20%.
If you’re in Texas, your chances are excellent. If you’re out of state, chances are still good, but much it’s much more competitive
@texas5 I think the most likely outcome is Blinn Team with a shot at full admission. I recommend retaking the SAT or take the ACT in an attempt to improve your score and your odds of full admission. There are going to be very many other applicants in the same situation as you so anything you can do to increase your chances, even incremental score changes may make the difference.Also write a good essay and list every EC you have.

@george828 my guess is that your daughter will at least receive a Blinn Team offer. Possibly Galveston or full admit. Her math score seems ok for engineering.
