chances

Hey, I know you all are probably sick of reading these and will say it’s a crapshoot and all that, but just thought i’d try.
I’m a white female and am from minnesota, which my guidance counselor said helps my chances at schools, but idk.
Scores:
ACT- composite= 35
math= 31
english= 35
(writing = 9, ewwww! so the combined is 32)
science = 36
reading= 36

SAT II’s
Chemistry= 800
Math II= 780
Literature= 780

have yet to take the sat’s, taking them in october. goal is above 2200, but idk if i’ll pull that off.

GPA= 4.0 unweighted. I’m tied w/ 4 other people for valedictorian in a class of about 250 in a decent, but not amazing, suburban public school.

Classes (grades are all A’s):

EC’s
Forensics 10th-12th grade. won highest points award for team 10th grade.
Softball all 4 years. Nothing spectacular, I just like to be in shape. varsity this year, but that isn’t saying much.
Tennis 9th and 10th jv both years
Small parts in plays 9th and 10th
Mock trial this year and next
Mentor to special ed. students since 10th grade
Lots of church volunteer stuff- play flute at mass, lector, being a confirmation class leader next year.
I also worked this year
Opinons editor for school newspaper since 10th grade.

I think that’s it. Even though I feel really busy and mainly am away from home for 12 hours doing stuff, the EC’s don’t seem amazing. Hopefully grades/classes are more important than whether I’m a published author or something

No one can tell you whether or not you will be accepted. You and many, many have wonderful stats. it is just a matter of what the school needs to create a well-rounded class. Are there a lot of kids with your EC's and stats?, then it's tougher. There are no guarantees, and it really is a crapshoot. You are in line with what others who apply have. But your essays will be critical - no interviews. The only way you can find out if you will be accepted is to apply. Good luck,and really work on those essays!
