chances?

hi, i just wanted some info on USCs SAT/ACT scores. do they look heavily upon them? i got a 24 on my ACT the first time and want to know what score i would need to get to have a chance at USC. i have around a 3.7 GPA (uw), im president of the business club, on the varsity crew team, in the newspaper, and will have completed my school's minimum of 15 hours of service in junior year and will complete 100 hours of service in senior year (or more). i just finished junior year and will be working on improving my ACT score since USC accepts that instead of SAT, but do you think i would have any chance at USC with a 24 on the ACT or a 28-29 range score? also, this summer i am in the process of completing a 7 week internship at a money managing firm in santa fe, new mexico. i am from a private Jesuit school in New York (which is, i assume, unfavorable for USC admission???) so i spent a summer in new mexico working as an intern at a money managing firm. i assume this looks good but is it what USC is looking for? please let me know about my possible chances of getting inito USC and what i should work on to improve. thank you so much for any replies.

Why would you assume that? You need to get your ACT score up to have a chance at being admitted. Being from the east coast is a plus.
