Her main interest/major is Mathetmatics and Economics. It may seem like she's applying to a lot of schools, but I think she said she wants to narrow her list down later.

No, they're actually all EA. She "self-studied" the AP Statistics. Yeah, the colleges are pretty spread out-- she was just looking for schools strong in math/econ.

Fantastic test scores, plus a decent GPA and rank. I suppose everything now completely hinges on how she presents herself to the admission officiers through her essays and recs from her teachers, for Williams is not accustomed to accepting applicants with only sparkling scores ( Just so you know, I know a guy from my HS who got a seat at Williams with just 12xx SAT score. So, he must have something special. I guess it's his essays )

Just a stab in the dark ! No one can know for sure anything about this :)

You D's stats' look great, but, all Williams applicants stats are great.
She needs a "hook." I.e. somebody within Williams who will stick their neck out for her admission because she can provide some help to their program, whether it's sports, theater, debate, etc. This is the same at all the most selective colleges.
Good luck!
