<p>hi!!
I am a white female at a very very competitive private school in montreal, quebec. I visited Harvard this summer and I fell in love with this school instantly, and I feel like it is the perfect place for me. i would like to know a possiblity of my chances. Thank-you so much!!</p>

<p>Course-load(sophomore year):
honours math
honours french
english
honours history
physics
chemistry
music</p>

<p>average: 92.5/100 (the highest mark in the class in 95/100_
rank: 8/88</p>

<p>ECs:
-Jazz band (3 years on clarinet)
-Concert band (4 years on flute)
-Model UN (2 years)
-Competitive figure skating (11 years):
major commitment=4 days a week for training
7 competitions a year</p>

<p>Summer activities:
-Counselor for 3/4 year olds
-Harvard Summer School next summer</p>

<p>Volunteer work:
-Assistant coach for learn to skate program(3 years)
-helped organize a charity fundraiser for victims of war in israel
-Jane Goodall Institute
-helped out with national debating tournament
-gave student tours</p>

<p>Awards:
-Honour Roll (3 years for every term)
-Junior Figure Skater of the year (2005)
-Dedication and determination skater (2003)
-Junior Bronze Skater
-Provincial honour band nomination (3 years)</p>

<p>I am taking the PSAT this October and there are very few APs at my school because it is a Canadian school that is independent. </p>

<p>edit to my previous post, i speak french and hebrew fluently..and i can read and write in both languages</p>

<p>doesn't seem like much of a chance, sorry to dissapoint but I don't think 92% will cut it for harvard..your pull is the skating and possibly the fundraiser (how much did you get?). Other than that........there are other good schools out there, and plus, people say that kids at harvard aren't too happy</p>

<p>i am only in my sophomore yr btw...and the highest average in the class is 95.
i took an SSAT with no prep and got 2100 and i am 8/90 not 8/88.
and what are my chances if i apply early?
