<p>I have been dreading making this post for the replies. But i firgure its probably about time.</p>

<p>Small, rural, public school in western PA, 1 person has went to notre dame from this area in i'd say about 15 years. No one ever applies from my school.</p>

I just got a state (PSSA) test back and they were awesome,
would they by chance look at those results?

<p>Also, if i sent in a recommendation from my employer, would they consider it?</p>

<p>I think it is a pretty big reach, I am sorry to say. Really focus on raising your rank as much as you can and retake the SAT and take the ACT to just see what you can do, but the rank may be able to help save the day. I think you have a shot, but right now it is a pretty big reach. Sorry I don't have better news!</p>

<p>A long shot. Look for advice from Irish on this website and consider applying as a transfer if you do not get in initially. A big jump in your SATs could certainly change this forecast.</p>
