ghost, by connecticut i mean conneticut college...

First of all, I think that most colleges would "excuse" your 690 (not that that's bad) in verbal because you are from another country. Also, at schools like Bowdoin, they are looking for diversity, so you, an applicant from Nepal, would have a huge advantage. Williams and Duke look like your two "reaches," but I think you still have a 50% shot, even though your EC's aren't that impressive and you aren't ranked in the top 10% of your class.

Colgate may be tough too, but once again, you've got a great chance. I'm sure you'll have quite a few schools to choose from.

I think the best thing to do is visit the boards exclusively made for talking about one college. It will be under CC's top Liberal Arts Colleges. Here, you will find many people who have been accepted/deferred/rejected. Compare your stats with them.

Good luck! I will cross my fingers for you!

I bet your mailbox will explode.

I honestly doubt it. We had to get this ugly plastic one, because people kept smashing mailboxes on our street. Seriously, when I give dirrections to my house, I say, "Mines the house with the gigantic, green, hidious mailbox." Never seems to fail.

i am sure that'll not fail when the acceptances start rushing in.....
