<p>Hey I'm applying early to Wash U and I was just wondering what you guys thought my chances of acceptance were. Here's my stats
SAT Math-780
Verbal-649
Writing-640</p>

<p>BC Calc AP-5</p>

<p>I finish calcus my sophmore year and took multivariable calcus last year so i'm pretty far ahead in math. My GPA is 3.49 but I go to a boarding school that is notorious for giving lower grades. I am also taking AP physics, spanish, and enlish this year.</p>

<p>I was also considering applying to the engineering program since there females interested in engineering. I'm basically equally interested in both the engineering program and the arts and science college so i didn't know which one was easier to get in to?</p>

<p>You will probably get in ED, you verbal/writing scores are somewhat on a lower side for WashU, but you have great EC list, math score is great. You will be better off applying to engineering (as a girl you have some advantage there, though more and more girls are going that way). It is easy to double-major / transfer or just take art classes.</p>

<p>Get the SAT scores up a bit and WashU is a mid-range for you ED.</p>
