What do you think are my chances for ED? and for scholarship?

Thanks

Well, you are looking good (match to slight reach) for admittance to WUSL ED--especially if you only submit the ACT scores instead of the SAT Is (although I don't know if you can do that since you have to submit the SAT IIs). Also, make sure you play up that Siemens competition (and any awards)

I'm not quite sure about your scholarship chances, though. WUSL ranks as tied with UPenn for 6th toughest to get into among national universities--and I don't see them giving you much scholarship money--although I do think they will give you a very nice financial aid package if you need one. They are known for giving good financial aid packages to those needing them, while charging a lot of fees (as a way of balancing the costs) for who don't need help with the finances.
