Mike

Hmm, as a runner, I can imagine that the "winter running club" is a group of people meeting after school to run, not really a club where you reach out to people and inspire them. JW, as a runner also who hopes to be recruited by Yale, what are your PR's, b/c I think that whether or not you get in will be determined by if you get on that recruit list.

hah-ur basically right on the running clubwe do however recruit about 30 runners to come out and join and also do half marathons to raise money for certian diseases.

As for my PR's
400- :51
800-1:56**
1600-4:39
What are your PRs??

I'll pm you

you didn't say what you were applying for, ethnicity, gender (guessing male by your times), but I recommend raising your SAT and SAT II scores (math in particular) I don't know about the ACT and its conversion, but see which one is better for when you turn it in.

im a white male and am shooting for a double major in econimcs and law...is it too late to re take them if i want to apply EA? Are they that bad?

I'm not saying I know the scores, I'm only a sophomore, but I personally would raise them to the higher 2200's at least. Give it a shot, just in case. I'm not sure how they base the ACT, you should probably look into that, but it can't hurt to raise your SAT I, but I'm sure you need to raise your math score to the mid 7's
