Bump.........

too vague need more info

How can I be anymore specific? I gave all the standard stuff...I didn't go in detail about each individual volunteering thing because they just compose my total amount of hours. From what I hear, colleges don't really give a damn about your hours anyhow.

Oops...That was me who posted above...I accidently posted on my friend's account.

Meh you seem like a pretty big underachiever for a 35 act.....but you were a little vague. What's your race/location? Any sports? Any awards?

^I'm an Asian from the midwest. I mentioned that I did swimming in my first post. As for being an underachiever...I think that's an unfair assessment. I work hard, but I'm not the best student in terms of study habits. I'm trying to improve my habits for college. I studied hard for the ACT to get a high score. If I were an underachiever, I wouldn't be taking a hard schedule. As for my EC...I don't have too many because swimming takes about most of my time.

Yeh I definitely understand how you can have little time for EC's because of swimming, i just wasn't aware it took up so much time based on your original post. I play basketball and have 3 hours of practice pretty much every day, and I don't have time for all the fluff that other people on this website come up with. The problem is that, unless you plan on competing in your sport at college, you need some other EC's to go along with it, and you don't have that. I'd say you have a decent shot at Michigan, and might be a reach for the rest.

sat 2 and weighted gpa and major...its impossible to determine chance w/o those
