<p>I am a white male floridian (born in NY) who attended a small Christian Academy not very well known by colleges for Freshman and Sophomore years, and now attend a competitive Catholic School because it offered more than my other school (which my guidance counselor will put in my recommendation for college to let them know I wanted a challenge)</p>

<p>but he's only a sophomore. i think you have a shot at anything. definitely raise sat's. I would suggest focusing more on the couple of EC's that you really REALLY like instead of going all over the place. quality over quantity. unless you just can't bear to live without any of them.</p>

<p>that way you'll have more time for your favorite ec's and have more fun along the way!</p>

<p>harvard won't have an early action program by then either</p>
