[] GPA: 3.93 UW (school does not weight, my lowest grade was an A-)

sooo anyone have an opinion at all?

Seriously, nobody has any opinion whatsoever?

22.243% chance

nah, i'd say 31.6839%

3.1415926535% Chance

100%
Happy?

Wow, no offence, but that's what you call a hard courseload ?

Hardest that my school offers. My school sucks. Real opinions/advice would be nice.

Based on some feedback some people have given me on my chances, which according to your stats, are way lower... I would say that it'd be a reach?
Sorry if I'm spouting misinformation, I just know that frustrating feeling of not having any help and am trying to be helpful.

Is additional information section the only place to put down ECs?

No, there is an essay. 1 page on the paper app.

Online it says:

Please tell us, roughly in order of their importance to you, those individual activities and awards which you believe best represent your greatest achievements and interests.

Tell us approximately how many hours per week each activity entails.

You may want to consider drawing upon the following areas in compiling your individual list of activities:
Activities and organizations to which you have been a frequent contributor. (Include the year(s) of participation and any offices held.)

Athletic teams on which you have played. (Please note if you won a varsity letter.) You may want to include times, distances, statistics.

Community activities in which you have been involved such as scouting, volunteer work, religious youth groups, cultural organizations, or tutorial programs.

Creative work, hobbies, or special training to which you have devoted substantial time and which you have pursued to the point of reasonable mastery.

Prizes, honors, or special recognition you have won (scholastic, athletic, literary, musical, artistic, or other).

Travel or other experiences that have been especially rewarding.

and you have to upload a document. How long can it be, anyone know?

I think I can only list a few on the essay.... I think the word limit is about 250

It doesn't give a limit online though. They say absolutely nothing about length. How long was someones who got in ED?

Key word: STAND OUT. What's a hook that you have, that will make the Admissions Officers remember you from the 19,000+ applications they have on the table? If you can find this, then I think you're set.

good chance..you have the scores..the gpa and everything but theyre right whats your hook...good essay?..are you well rounded, meaning you play sports take part in debating/mun/nhs type of things...stuff like that..?

"It doesn't give a limit online though. They say absolutely nothing about length. How long was someones who got in ED?"

Mine was 1300 words. It was resume style, with 2 mini essays (detailed descriptions)

Mine was just a full paragraph (a really really long one, a full page if i remember correctly, i don't know the exact word count as i dont have it saved on this computer) with detailed descriptions of every community service project, and the number of hours per week i take part in each activity. the only ones i didn't detail are the straightforward ones, like varsity sports and music. i wrote it essay style. :)

when i visited, the admissions officer said it was a good idea to list the activity's impact on you, or at least explain the activity itself, when you list them. the common application doesn't really cater to that, but brown's app is designed so that it's easy enough to mention those things. i wouldn't list everything you've ever done, but focus on several interests and make sure brown knows what kind of person you are, as reflected in your explanations. i'm not an expert on brown admissions (i'm an RD applicant, so i don't know if i'm in or not); that's just what the officer told me.
