<p>Prospective Major: Aerospace Engineering</p>

<p>Im trying to understand the preferred admit thing. Can I major in Aerospace engineering but also apply as a preferred admit to Ross? How does it all work. Can I major in Aerospace but double major in business. Someone please help.</p>

<p>Also I havent submitted my app yet. It should be complete in the next week. Is it way too late?</p>

<p>The most important factor is the rigor of school load. You are probably in but do not expect scholarships since you are applying late.</p>

<p>Your chances with the CoE are good. I'd say a safe match. Your chances with Ross pre-admit are like most applicants'...ok but not good. Last year, fewer than 20% of the pre-admit applicants got in, and I expect more pre-admits to apply this year for the same number of spaces. As for double majoring in Engineering and Business, it will be tough. You can probably do it, but you'll have no life and it will take you 5 years to finish. Finally, don't expect scholarship money because you completed your application late (there is an actual deadline for merit scholarships) and even if it weren't, generally speaking, scholarships at Michigan are given out to applicants with slightly higher scores.</p>
