I’m applying to Bryn Mawr Winter Early. I got rejected from Haverford Fall Early.
I have strong essays. I know my grades aren’t that strong though…
I also had a mediocre interview (it was the first one I had ever done and I was very nervous and tripped up a little).

Oh, I also had 5 letters of recommendation, including one from my principal. Will that help at all?

i think you have a good shot at getting into bryn mawr, but i have to question why you have 5 letters of recommendation when schools are only asking for 2? i went to a presentation by 8 different admissions officers (including jess lord from haverford) who said that "the thicker the file, the more suspect the applicant" (meaning that if you send in much more than they are requesting, then they start to wonder why or what you may be trying to compensate for.)

I submitted more because my grades aren't stellar, and I figured it could only help...but now I'm worried.

I read a book on college admission and it said that it is fine to send 1 extra piece of whatever with your application, 2 extras are ok, 3 are too many.
