chances?

So I applied RD and am still waiting obviously to find out if I will be accepted. I have a:

3.7 unweighted GPA
SAT I: 700 math, 600 verbal, 680 writing
SAT II: 700 math 2, 660 US History
4 years Varsity Tennis (captain last 2 years)
1 year JV/Varsity Basketball (won sectionals)
1 year Varisty Baseball (helped start the first year of the team)
2 years Student Council
Spent last summer in Spain in fluency program living with a family for 7 weeks
5 AP classes

I know I'll be waiting another two months or so but what do you think my chances are?

Your chance at Emory is better than your chance at Washington University.

Definitely a reach, but your ecs are good and so are your academics. The only problem is your SAT scores which are a little lower than the middle 50% for WashU (especially the verbal). I think a lot of it depends on your demonstrated interest in WashU-which they consider to be incredibly important. If you have visited, gone on interviews, and kept in touch with your regional officer, I'd say your chances are improved. Although, I have to agree with the above poster that you probably have a better chance with Emory.
