<p>Also, I don't know if it helps but my school was ranked as national blue ribbon (one of the top 5% in the nation) and also a California Distinguished School, if that holds any weight with admissions.</p>

<p>I don't see any reason why you wouldn't be accepted.</p>

<p>out of state is sooooooooooo much harder to get into that instate, people that live in va use wm as a safety, it is a reach for many out of state people, but being from ca that should prob help you, you could be from a worse state and you sats seems high and gpa looks pretty good, good luck</p>

maybe a few people in VA use WM as a safety, but not very many.</p>

<p>people in va do not use wm as a safety...but yeah, it is significantly easier for us</p>
