Chances?

<p>Hi, this is actually my second thread, but some stuff has been updated. I'm an international applicant. Any feedback is welcome. Be as harsh as you want, if you want. </p>

<p>GPA-4.0 (97-98% percentage-wise) I believe this is including the non-core ones. I don't know how they calculate GPA
but since my Avg. score for 9th-12th grade is A+ I imagine it'd be close or above that</p>

<p>SAT II: 3 tests, >700 Bio E, Math II, World Hist. Had to take Math II because of a requirement, and Bio E because I was stupid enough to find out on the test day that I needed three tests and not two, so I just took it on the spot. </p>

<p>Awards- my school, since it is a international school within Japan, is not recognized in the country for many awards. All I know is that I have the "AP scholar" or something qualification but no recognition yet. Also have honor roll and academic award mentions from the school </p>

<p>you have a decent shot at most of these colleges...im an international like you with a small class size 40 something students...i think your SAT is fine and so is your GPA...my friend got into Stanford..and Dartmouth with a 3.91...and a 2160 on her SAT..so dont worry you have got a good shot...but im guessing applying from Japan you have got alot of competition!</p>

<p>Well, it was a Terry Fox Run, which was a charity marathon for cancer research...was involved in running that. We also did several presentations at our school and showed documentaries about that great man</p>

<p>Got rejected @everywhere except Oberlin, Lafayette and Washington C. Amherst waitlisted me.</p>
