<p>He has a pretty good chance at the private schools. The out of state publics might not like his class rank. But what kind of a high school is he from? If it's high ranked, that might be OK. His SATs are good.</p>

<p>yeah, according to newsweek <a href="http://www.csh.k12.ny.us/highschool/data/TheTopHighSchools.htm%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://www.csh.k12.ny.us/highschool/data/TheTopHighSchools.htm&lt;/a> , our school (Eastside High School, Gainesville Florida) is #44 in the nation.</p>
