<p>High School GPA: 2.9 (Sad, I know)
SATs: 1350/1600
E/Cs: I wrote for my High School's newspaper for two years.</p>

<p>I currently reside at a community college. I hold a 3.9 with 40 credits.
Currently taking:
World Literature (Honors)
Contemporary Literature (Honors)
Intro to Communication Disorders
Ancient History (Honors)
Literary Theory (Writing Intensive)</p>

<p>I was wondering if I have a chance at NYU Steinhardt, Boston University, UMD, or Emerson College. My H/S transcript is going to haunt me.</p>

<p>Since you have more than 30 credits, your HS record will matter much less. You have a really good shot at all, maybe a slight reach for NYU and BU. Good luck</p>

<p>Emerson isnt that hard for transfers, since your community colelge GPA is good youll be fine. Focus on the essay.</p>
