<p>IMO, you stand an excellent chance. Try to attend an admissions info session, too, and tour the campus. Some colleges take "demonstrated interest" into account. Good luck to you!</p>

<p>I can't imagine this person being rejected in state or out of state. If he's in-state I'd bet that he'd get Monroe...</p>

<p>I'm in-state (did "Democratic Party of Virginia" not tip you off?). What would I get with Monroe? Is it a separate app?</p>

<p>You're also invited to weekly Monroe luncheons which consist of presentations anywhere from lectures to program presentations, and a bunch of other stuff within the Charles Center.</p>

<p>there is the college/murray scholars which is a nomination type program and it offers a full-ride </p>

<p>Monroe is given with the admissions package, there is no separate application</p>
