Colleges of Interest: (chances?)
Reed
Bard
Santa Clara University
Chapman
Willamette
UC Santa Cruz

So what are my chances for those colleges? I know Reed a super reach, I'm curious about the others, thanks :)

About my GPA (it won't let me edit my post anymore):

My new schools says: 3.36 academic, 3.4 total (But I'm not sure how they calculated that... unless they added in third quarter. Before third quarter it said: 3.25 academic and 3.3 total.)

Very low SAT scores. Try taking the ACT, to most its much easier. I'm not so sure about the other colleges because I'm not too familiar with the smaller privates, but UC Santa Cruz seems like a slight reach/bare match
Try to raise your SAT.

I know, my SAT scores suck :( I thought they would be better.

My PSAT was 68CR/53M/51W. I practiced for the SAT. I was getting most of the practice questions right. The math section of the blue book really seemed like a review. I knew most of it. And the autoscore practice essay gave me full points for my essay, but I got a 7 on my essay on my real SAT. I didn't really do any practice tests because they take so long. I'm not sure what went wrong. :( I thought I'd get in the 600's.

I'm thinking about take a practice ACT this weekend if I have time.

& I already sent scores to Reed, Willamette, Santa Clara & UCSC. ugh :(

Your scores are SUPER low for Reed and Bard. And they have a specific type of kid that they take. And Reed is so intellectual that you have to write killer essays and have a great interview to get in, regardless of what its admissions stats are.

thanks for your response

can anyone else help? thanks

what are my chances for the other schools on my list? anyone know? thanks :)

would it be pointless to bump this board again?
