What is your weighted and unweighted GPA 9-11? (USC counts freshman year.)

it's not on a 4 scale so it really wouldnt be much help in evaluating me. um...weighted its like a 4.53 on a 4.5 scale(A+) and unweighted it's like 4.1 (A- to A range)

Don't see why not

Your stats look very good for admission- but of course, it can be very arbitrary. Like a lot of students here doing "chances" threads, two factors will be very important for you-
-Write some great essays showing your passions. This is where you wrap up your application into a very attractive package.
-Get good grades 1st semester senior year. You WILL be asked for your senior mid-year grades.

Has something changed for this year regarding midyear grades? I am in the class of 2010 and I didn't get a request for midyear grades. In my year, some people got the request and some didn't. Always a good idea to be safe though, and keep the grades high.

Back in early February of this year, those students who had applied by the scholarship deadline (Dec. 11) and did NOT receive an invitation to interview for a Trustee or Presidential scholarship received a letter stating they did not receive a scholarship (we were calling it the no-scholarship letter.) This letter included a request for mid-year senior grades. It seemed that most everyone received this letter (on these boards.) There are several threads about it. We had lengthy discussions about whether it was just a suggestion or a requirement and some called admissions to clarify. We were told that it was required and could be submitted online or by mail. I'm not sure if anyone did NOT comply but still got in after that.
