What do you guys think should it be a reach or a match?
When should I start applying?

apply early.retake the SAT's. I think you'll get in but Sports Management is a competitive entry major.
Good Luck!
If you have any specific SM questions,S is going to be a 2nd year in the major.

All right, thanks. Also, if it matter I'm out of state.

When do you think I should start applying? As early as this month?

Really shoot to do a little better on those tests. You improved immensely from your last scores, congrats. If you get a 28, you could save yourself thousands of dollars. A 28 ACT qualilfies you for the McKissick Scholarship, which is $2000/year. That may not seem like much, but you also get OOS tuition waived, which is $13286/year. That means raising your score 2 points could end up saving you $60000. I can't stress how important it is for you to get that scholarship if you are interested in South Carolina. Buy a ACT prep book, take a test prep class, do whatever it takes to get that score. Study over the summer. DO NOT APPLY UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR NEW SCORES. You even have a chance to take the test twice again before SC's scholarship deadline.

a2wolves, where does it say oos tuition is waved with the scholarship? It says reduced tuition on their website?

It says on the website "reduced tuition", but many posters here have talked about how they got in-state tuition with a scholarship. Search through the posts of the other members in this forum.

nyfan
any scholaship awarded at USC (in the past years) that were valued above $500 gave the recipient in state tuition rates.

that sounds great, I need to work on my test scores then!
