thanks for the time :D

you look good to me! good SATs, you seem to have a full scedule.. it's jsut so hard to know with colleges at this level... good luck though! =]

thanks for the input!

You're a typical applicant. Jersey girl with good grades, plenty of activities. Athletic. You just need to set yourself apart from the crowd, with interviews, visits, ane the "why Lehigh" essay. Your CR SAT scores scares me, but I think you will be successful as long as you take applying to Lehigh seriously.

wow 640 SCARES you I think a 640 is fantastic

you remind me a lot of myself. and i got in lol.

the only thing i would say that could really help you...is get your CR up. lehigh has low CR and W so if you have high scores, you stand out more. lets face it, its a school with abunch of engineers and each is a calculus genious. the liberal arts school si a little easier to get into, atleast i think so. and you can alway switch with no problem, they're really great about switching between colleges.

and about the scores, it can always happen! i had a 650 the first time i took it and ended up with a 780. you never know!

i'm not sure about arts & sciences being easier to get into. when i applied i was told a&s is the hardest to get into. but i don't think it really matters much, since switching schools is such a breeze.

i might've been a little harsh with the verbal comment, sorry.

CCLU is right. Despite Lehigh's reputation for engineering and business, the CAS is more competitive for admission. I've been told that students in the CAS have to have higher grades and higher composite SATS (as opposed to just high math scores and decent CR) than the others. The only exception to this is the IBE program, which is very competitive.

Remember that many of the sciences (bio, chemistry, physics, math) are in the CAS, not the engineering school.

oh wow lots of input gracias

i know my CR is low, no offense taken....i do really well on practice tests yet i cant seem to pull through on actual testing....im going to retake it again though so we'll see what happens

im applying to the arts and sciences school....so w/e. i guess ill jsut write good essays and hope for the best! thanks everyone
