Chances?

Out of state
3.5 UW 3.7 W
SAT 650(M)710(V)680(W)
Good Extracurriculars/recs

lower gpa but high SATs, i'd say you're in. just write good essays.

Pretty thin information for people to work with, but I'd say given the very basic statistics you've given you'd have a good chance at acceptance

if it helps here are some more stats:

SAT II (U.S)- 690
SAT II (Lit)- 720
SAT II (Math 2)-670
Will have completed 9 ap classes by graduation(euro, eng lang/lit, span lang, calc ab, u.s, gov, psych, chem)

Coordinator of high school leadership workshop
section editor for yearbook
held other offices for honor societies etc
Volunteer at local hospital
Have held a part time job every summer

Yeah you sound like a great candidate. The ECs and AP classes a lot of times can explain a non-perfect GPA, heh. A lot of schools would rather see a lot of good activities and a good GPA than a perfect GPA and almost no activities.

Also, how'd you do on the AP tests? If you did well try submitting those grades as well, that will help out.

See the % chances for gpa and test scores on the UW admission website.

Your SATs and Strength of Classes should offset the GPA; I had a 3.25, 2230, 10 AP and will be a freshman in the fall :).
