Do I have a shot??? Please give me some feedback

Yes you have a shot at Rice. But so do a lot of other great students. In my opinion, the deciding factor for you may two things:

Your essay that you write when you apply to Rice

A personal interview with someone that is a Rice alumni

Rice University is looking for well rounded people. People who are honest. People who can express themselves and their hopes and desires and how that relates to the reason you want to attend Rice.

Good Luck
