<p>upenn seems like a big reach, but i don't really know that much...</p>

<p>Your SAT I is fairly average, if not low, for your top choices, and your SAT IIs are not good at all. Your class rank is out of the top 10%, which will hurt you.</p>

<p>You do have the URM card to play (you seem to realize this, noting it as a major hook, though your hooks are not at all major), however, but at this point the rest of your application is very weak, especially your ECs.</p>

NYU Stern: Reach
UVA: Reach</p>
