On another note, since you are interested in medicine (and scholarships) be sure to check out the East Carolina Scholars merit scholarship. Each year four recipients of the EC Scholars award are chosen for Early Assurance to the Brody School of Medicine. If you receive the EA to BSOM you are automatically accepted into the medical school after completing your undergrad. degree at ECU (must keep 3.5 gpa to be eligible. EA program is for NC residents only)</p>
