<p>Hey, I am a high school senior living in Florida and am hoping to get into UF, and was wondering what other people may think.</p>

<p>AP Classes (Rest Honors):</p>

<p>AP European History(10th)-3
AP U.S. History (11th)-4
AP Chemistry (11th)-4
AP Statistics (11th)-4
AP Calculus (12th)
AP Micro Economics (12th)
AP Physics (12th)</p>

<p>SAT I: 580 CR, 700 Math
ACT: 29
College calculated GPA: 4.325(W), 3.80(UW)</p>

<p>Extra-Curriculars/Awards:
Cross-Country (11th-12th)
Track (11th-12th)
Math Club (9th-12th)
Ultimate Frisbee Club (11th-12th)
AP Scholar with Honor
Will get into Mu Alpha Theta and plan on getting into National Honor Society</p>

<p>Community Service:
Helped at local elementary school (50 hours)
Helped at a spay and neuter clinic (8 hours)
Math Center tutor at school </p>

Also i applied for the summer if that increases my chances at all.</p>

<p>I would say high 90%. Really, your course-load is impressive, your SAT/ ACT score is good, and your GPA is high as well.</p>

<p>If I were you, I would be expecting a letter of acceptance on Feb 15th!</p>

<p>You're doing Mu Alpha Theta, too? What school do you go to? There's an MAO competition at UF this year. :-)</p>

<p>I am not in Mu Alpha Theta yet, but by the end of the year i will be so i wouldn't be going to the competition.</p>

<p>I think your course load is awesome. Though it may not be the end-all factor, your SAT and ACT scores are a bit lower than what I would expect from someone who took all those AP classes. It shouldn't hurt you much though because everything else about you is very impressive!</p>

<p>Thanks dvm, i just took the sat on the 6th so hopefully my score has increased. The english on the SAT is a killer though.</p>

<p>Agreed. Somehow on the ACT I scored much higher for reading/English than I did on the SAT. Everyone in my school agrees with me too.</p>

<p>I just found out my new SAT score today, which was 1390, will this help my chances significantly?</p>

<p>Oh and my individual scores were 750 math, 640 critical reading</p>

<p>you had a good shot with your old score...now you are basically guaranteed admission</p>

<p>Your scores correlate with your GPA a lot better now... see you at UF next year, and MAO maybe this year.</p>
