<p>The obvious Achilles heel here is the GPA...hopefully, the various extracurriculars w. a continuous thread in either Business and Science/Medicine will help.</p>

<p>sorry, i was just surprised. my school's avg accepted GPA and SAT for rice was a 2350 and 3.92...so historically speaking, i'm just a little shocked. my gpa is actually around the OP's.</p>

<p>Rice looks at a lot more than GPA and SAT. </p>

<p>If you like Rice, apply. Your resume looks like it's in the range where you have a chance.</p>
